01 · What we do

We design the way investors think, because we are investors ourselves.

MOOMOO is no longer just an architecture office. We are developers too: we run our own projects and sit on company boards. That means we look at a design through an investor’s eyes as well as an architect’s.

Look at our projects and you will see what that changes. We design so that a development looks more expensive than it was to build. We look for an idea, proportion and detail instead of unnecessary spending. We know where it pays to invest more, and where the extra cost shows up in neither the quality nor the sale price.

Two offices, Łódź and Warsaw. We design across Poland. Houses in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Łódź, Katowice and Masuria. Commercial: BMW Bońkowscy in Wrocław, Ferrari in Katowice, the MTP pavilion in Poznań. Photographs from the sites are in the site diary.

One-off houses

We design the house and everything around it: from the volume to the fence and the planting. We run the project from the first conversation to handover; permits, approvals and dealing with the contractor are on us.
