Interiors.
An interior designed together with the house looks different from an interior fitted into a finished one. Acoustics, light and back-of-house are settled on the plan, not when the sofa is chosen.
Who it is for
- Clients whose house we are designing: then the interior and the architecture come together.
- Owners of houses designed by someone else.
- Brands and offices.
What the scope covers
Layout, materials, lighting, bespoke joinery, selection of fittings, working drawings and supervision on site. Wall elevations and joinery details, not renders alone.
The things photographs do not show
- Acoustics. An open 80 m² space of concrete, glass and stone with no acoustic thinking becomes a hall where a few people cannot hold a conversation.
- Back-of-house. Laundry, pantry, plant room and somewhere for the things you do not want to look at every day. That is what keeps the rest of the house calm.
- Light. Whether the afternoon sun shines into your eyes at the table.
