Privacy policy.
This site does not collect data automatically. There are no forms on it, and traffic measurement runs only with your consent, by default it is off and no cookie is created. So we process data only when you write to us or call us yourself. Below we describe what happens to it then.
Who the data controller is
The controller of personal data is MOOMOO GROUP s.c. Jakub Majewski, Łukasz Pastuszka, ul. Polskiej Organizacji Wojskowej 25/14, 90-248 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID PL7252057150, REGON 101344997. In a Polish civil partnership both partners are controllers: Jakub Majewski i Łukasz Pastuszka.
Contact on data protection matters: info@moomoo.pl, tel. +48 695 220 022. We have not appointed a data protection officer, at our scale there is no such obligation.
What data we hold and where it comes from
We process only the data you give us yourself, by writing or calling: your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about the building project, for example the location of the plot, the scope, the budget or the timing.
If you send a portfolio to praca@moomoo.pl, we process the data contained in your application.
For what purpose and on what basis
- Answering an enquiry and preparing a proposal. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Performance of a contract, if one is concluded. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Day-to-day contact, defending against claims and pursuing claims. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest.
- Accounting and tax obligations, if we enter into a contract. Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Recruitment. Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep applications for up to twelve months so we can return to them when a place opens up. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or a telephone number we cannot answer an enquiry.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence that did not lead to working together: up to three years from the last contact.
- Data relating to a contract: for its duration, and then for the limitation period for claims, usually six years.
- Accounting records: five years from the end of the tax year, as the law requires.
- Job applications: twelve months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing purposes. It may be accessed only by those who serve us technically or legally: our mail and hosting provider, our accountants, our law firm, and, while a project is being delivered, engineering consultants and contractors, to the extent needed to run the job. Each of them acts under a data processing agreement or their own duty of confidentiality.
Typeface
The Inter typeface is loaded from our own server. Until 18 September 2026 it came from Google servers, and your IP address went there, including outside the European Economic Area. Now we send nothing about you to anyone when you are simply looking at the site.
Cookies and profiling
Until you click “I agree”, no cookie is created and no external script runs. After consent we load two tools: Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel is an advertising tool: it writes cookies and lets Meta Platforms Ireland recognise that someone who saw our advert later reached the site.
We do not profile you ourselves and we make no automated decisions about you. Meta may, however, use this data for its own advertising profiling on its own terms. We have no influence over that, which is why we ask for your consent instead of assuming we have it.
Traffic measurement
By default we measure nothing. Opening the site runs no analytics script and creates no cookie.
You will see a consent request at the bottom of the screen. Only after you click “I agree” do we load Google Analytics 4, which stores cookies and passes Google LLC a shortened IP address and information about the pages visited. We switch off advertising signals and ad personalisation, all we want to know is which projects people look at.
The same consent also enables Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., identifier 2188864365201979). We use it for one thing: checking whether the ads we pay for bring anyone here at all. Meta receives the address of the page visited, the IP address and a browser identifier. Refusing consent changes nothing in how the site works.
The basis is your consent. Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Act. You can refuse with one click and the site will work exactly the same. You withdraw consent by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings; your choice is stored in the browser, not on our server.
We keep data in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected,
- have data erased,
- have processing restricted,
- port data processed on the basis of a contract,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it, without affecting what happened before.
To exercise any of these, just write to info@moomoo.pl. We reply within a month.
If you believe we are processing data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Changes
If we add a contact form, analytics or any other data-collecting tool to the site, we will update this document before switching it on.
